Quarterly Certification Report:
The Quarterly Certification Report will have details of the scenarios and test cases that are present in the test run and their count of passed or failed. The report will also have details of the Modules with respect to the chosen ERP application. Expand the selected report on the left panel to view the modules and their processes of the application.
To Create a Quarterly Certificate Report, users will have to click on the Create + button on top.
Quarterly Certification Report
It will have the details of the modules corresponding to its instance. The mined data from the respective instance will assist you to cover maximum scenarios for testing. At a glance you’ll be able to see your test coverage and will be able to enhance your testing.
Select Quarterly Certification Report on the pop-up window from the drop-down and enter details of Report Type, Report Name, Instance, Release, and Choose Test Runs. Users can select Test Runs of the respective Instance and create the Report.
Once all the details have been entered, the user will have to click on the Create Button in the top right corner of the pop-up.
Once the report gets generated, expand the report from the left pane to view the modules and their details.
On the right pane, you can view the report details.
- All Tab
The first section under the All Tab mentions the date on which the run was executed.
The following section will have information about the percentage of test cases that have successfully run. It will also show the scenarios that need attention in the respective business process.
The section will notify about the percentage of Passed Scenarios and Passed Test Cases.
The third section under the All tab displays the passed and failed test cases under a module.
It will also show the number of scenarios passed and the number of objects with issues.
The last section under the All tab displays the Affected Objects.
This will help identify the scenarios that have been affected and can be modified to be tested.
- Activities Tab
Under the Activities Tab, you’ll be able to view the scenarios and test cases of the module.
On expansion, you'll be able to view the details of the test cases. The Red error indicates the Failed Steps. The Green tick indicates the Passed Steps. The grey-colored icon indicates the Not Executed steps. And, the orange-colored exclamation icon indicates an incomplete run step.
The three dots against the Test Cases and test steps will let you log a ticket.
- Tickets.
This section will show all the open tickets logged in the instance corresponding to a particular module. Filter for filtering Open, In-Progress, Done, and Reopened state tickets are available.
We can also sort the list of tickets in Newest first or Oldest first order of its creation. By-default, it is sorted in Newest first order.
Click on an Open Ticket, under the Tickets tab.
It will redirect you to a new page having details about the specific ticket.
The three dots on the right corner, next to the Open dropdown will display the details of the creation date of the Logged Ticket for the specific scenario.
It will also show the date range on which the activity was performed.
This section has a Ticket ID. Under the more settings tab, you’ll be able to view the options of Link to External Tools

The Summary under All tabs will show the passed and failed status of the Scenario.
It also provides the option to edit the Summary.
The next category under the All tab is Description.
It provides the status of scenarios post-execution.
The section below description will let you know about the priority of the Logged Ticket.
Next to Priority is the Assigned To section.
This will let you know who is assigned to the Logged Ticket.
The Objects affected section will display the particular object of the scenario that has been affected.

It will have details of Passed and Failed Scenarios and Test Case Runs.
Under the Analysis tab, the first section is Objects affected.
It will display the affected objects under a particular scenario.

Going back to the main page, on the top right corner, you’ll be able to view the Download Report button, which will allow you to download the generated Quarterly Certification Report.
On clicking the download button, the Report generation process begins.
The downloaded report will be in a PPT form displaying the Summary of Passed and Failed Scenarios and Test Cases.
The Report will also have details of the Modules with respect to the chosen ERP application.
The Affected Objects section will have details about the Objects that are impacted. On clicking the left side panel and selecting the particular Report, the dropdown will display the modules of the application, the processes, etc.
The process graph displays the reports of the executed processes present in the Test Case Scenarios. The dark lines on the graph represent the completed runs while the dim ones represent those scenarios that are not included in the execution.
